Executive Chef Prabhash Prabhakaran
Born in Kerala, Chef Prabhash learnt traditional Indian cooking techniques and culinary secrets from his grandmother. He began his career with Taj hotels across India, before relocating to Dubai’s Jumeirah Emirates Towers and The Chedi Muscat in Oman thereafter. Working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, his horizons broadened to encompass regional Indian, Thai, Asian fusion, Arab, Italian, Mediterranean and European cuisines, culminating in a marriage of authentic home cooking and fine global flavours.
