The Experience
Your morning begins at 9 am at the concierge, where you will meet our Chef for a visit to the iconic Cours Saleya market, established in 1861. Stroll through colourful stalls filled with enticing aromas as you select the finest seasonal ingredients: freshly caught fish, sun-kissed vegetables, fragrant citrus fruits, and other local delicacies, while savouring a piece of socca, the traditional chickpea flatbread.Back at the hotel, step into the kitchen and follow a step-by-step guide to creating iconic recipes such as panisses, pissaladière, zucchini flower fritters, pan bagnat, and the famous Menton lemon tart.
At the end of the class, take a seat and savour your creations in an exceptional setting overlooking the Baie des Anges. You will also receive a recipe booklet, allowing you to recreate the magic of Niçoise cuisine at home and impress your guests.
