As autumn arrives with its ripe flavours and rich colours, Chef Heros De Agostinis presents a new experience. INEO’S JOURNEY features dishes inspired by his travels, including “Roma” – traditional local handmade ravioli filled with braised oxtail inspired by his mother’s native Eritrea. INEO “GREEN” welcomes all diners with international vegetarian flavours, including a celeriac and saffron risotto and an autumn vegetable ceviche.
