An ode to the novel and exotic.
‘Ineo’ in Latin means ‘to initiate’, and Chef Heros de Agostinis invites his guests to begin a sensory journey of intriguing flavours, anchored by his Roman roots and inspired by his travels around the world, exotic perfumes and spices.
A careful study between past and present, aesthetics, creativity and technique, INEO is the culmination of Chef Heros’ vision. After training in some of the most important kitchens in Italy and around the world, he decided, in 2023, to bring his experiences to life, defining a new relationship between food and exploration.
INEO Restaurant will be closed from January 5th to February 3rd, and from August 10th to September 1st, 2025.
