Festive Canopy Dining

This elephant camp was suggested to us by a friend who was stationed in Thailand and we were so happy that he did! I would have never thought something like this was available. The ability to have hands on contact with some of the elephants in their care was incredible. The camp is a little off the beaten path but they have everything one would require. The fact that they can pick up and drop off at the airport is very helpful as well.

We loved being greeted by two elephants and the walk we took the next day was magical. The breakfast buffet is extensive and they easily dealt with my dietary restrictions.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everything was perfect. Naeng, Pom and the rest of her colleagues (including the young woman from Portugal whose name escapes me) were extremely helpful in planning days, and had a beautiful room (upgraded, though I'm only anatara platinum). The spa treatment was amazing, the elephants were even more amazing, and Samorn and her colleagues serve food that's healthy and delicious. I can't wait to come back.
