Mozzarella Making Adventure in Ravello

Learn how to make mozzarella

Visit a traditional cheese factory to learn the secrets of artisanal Mozzarella Making before enjoying a lavish tasting, accompanied with prosecco. Soaring up from the Amalfi Coast, the Monti Lattari (or “Milky Mountains”) are named for the delicious milk produced by the cows and goats that graze on their slopes. Located in the Piazza Fontana Moresca in Ravello, the Staiano family’s caseificio (cheese factory) is famous for its exquisite mozzarella, made using milk from the Monti Lattari.
