Rip through the waves with some help from our twins, WET and WILD. This pair of Gulfcraft Swan 20 speedboats will propel you swiftly across the lagoon with their powerful 150-horsepower engines.

Hang on for your life, with doughnuts and more ready to bounce you across the waves, zig-zagging from side-to-side and causing sky-high surf. 

Climb atop one of our Seadoo Jetski and speed through the open ocean. You, along with your partner, will man one jet ski, while the other will be ridden by your guide.

Set off on a catamaran sailing adventure on a K1 Top Cat, with or without your own skipper.

Cruise alongside majestic dolphins as they leap into the mist-filled air. We are lucky enough to have a large pod of spinner dolphins – the most acrobatic variety – living right on our doorstep.

Step aboard a yacht or a speedboat for a private journey across the waters. Explore deserted coves and stop for tea on a local island and immerse in the Maldivian culture.

With the help of our guides – and a little luck – the bounty of the Indian Ocean can be yours. Go to battle with a magnificent sailfish, wahoo, tuna, mahi mahi or giant trevally. Try your hand at traditional Maldivian line-fishing, heading out at sunset on a dhoni. Choose from a variety of techniques, such as jigging, popping, trolling or casting.

Kayak or take a boat to our private picnic island, Gulhifushi. If you wish, your family can spend the whole day swimming, snorkelling, kite flying, playing beach games and finishing up with a barbecue on the beach.

Enjoy delectable treats from the Gulhifushi Food Truck paired with refreshing cocktails at Tiki Bar.

Stroll barefoot on uninhabited islands. Delve into the water and snorkel through unique reefs. Slip into evening with a wine dinner under a star-studded sky, then retire below deck to your stateroom as you spend the night away from civilisation.

Explore the turquoise lagoon and the colourful reef life surrounding the resort. From August to December, seize the opportunity to dance with manta rays. Whale sharks play year-round near Ari Atoll, and come very close to the surface. 

Dive local reefs or venture further ashore with half- and full-day safaris by speedboat. For enthusiasts with no prior diving experience, Discover scuba diving (DSD) entails a basic introduction to diving, with theory, shallow water training in the lagoon, and a dive of up to 12 m around our dive site.

Begin a lifetime of exploration with Open Water certification. Dive confidently to a depth of 18 m to explore the brilliant reef life below.

More advanced divers can enrol in Advanced, Rescue or Dive Master courses, private or group, as well as a number of specialities such as Photography, PPB, Drift, Enriched Air and Wreck. We also offer certification for juniors over ten years old.

We cater especially for little ones, from simple yet tasty dishes for kids at all of our restaurants, to a welcome kit of Little Hermie beach bag, sun hat, colouring book and pencil kit.

In-villa, child-sized bathrobes, children’s bath amenities, flip flops and slippers are also provided. In addition, laundry services are priced 50% off for kids up to 12 years old.

At the Dhoni Club, children find an exciting indoor and outdoor play space. To explore: a climbing wall, a treehouse, two dhoni boats packed with fun and a variety of daily activities.

Get up close with the colours of the reef, and all without getting wet. Our motorised vessel offers 360o wildlife spotting, with a transparent bottom that reveals pufferfish, octopus, and bright schools of angelfish darting in and out of the coral.

Like mum and dad, kids can also enrol at Spice Spoons. Roll up your sleeves for pizza spinning and sushi rolling. Get creative and make a mess, with lots of time for savouring later.

Sip on fresh coconut water while gazing at the Indian Ocean. The coconut guru will slice a coconut for your enjoyment. Every morning he selects and hand-picks only the very finest coconuts from our gardens. Coconuts have valuable antioxidants and are a natural source of potassium. Potassium supports healthy muscle function and helps maintain normal blood pressure – perfect after an active day around the resort.

Explore the island with your dedicated bicycles for the entire family. Cycle around the sand paths covered with coconut palms and discover our island paradise at your own pace.

Perfect for your pre-breakfast sunrise run, our resort offers a 1.2 km journey through lush tropical gardens. Should you prefer the gentle breeze of the Indian Ocean, head to the white sand beach for a loop around the island. 

Take up a quiet corner in our library and enjoy our selection of books and magazines. Computers are also available for use with our compliments.

Each day at sundown, the team accompanied by traditional 'Boduberu' music lights up the torches around the resort. This is also your reminder to admire the beauty and magic of the Maldivian sunset.
