The Experience

Learn about the cultivation system and visit the ancient Roman well that irrigates the crops, including the Re Fiascone – an heirloom tomato of the Amalfi Coast and a featured ingredient on our restaurant menus. Sip fresh juices as you discover the importance of ACARBIO’s mission to protect the local biosphere, maintain the terraces and educate the next generation about these ancient and eco-friendly agricultural traditions. Immersed in gorgeous nature and cultural history, learn about the passion with which ACARBIO cultivates this part of the Amalfi Coast, and how Anantara supports its sustainable efforts through the Dollars for Deeds programme

Rest under a walnut tree to taste the Re Fiascone tomato on bruschetta, accompanied by fresh juices and a homemade dessert. Take home a small jar of tomato marmalade as a souvenir of this unique experience of Amalfi’s beauty and bounty.
