We stayed here for 3 nights on a half board basis We came with our daughter and upgraded to a garden villa From the moment we arrived we were met with fantastic hotel team including Praveen who was our villa host The room and pool was large and spacious The food was very good at breakfast and dinner We tried activity wall and the spa’s with my wife trying the visiting therapist It was all excellent We had a bit of bad luck with heavy rain in the evening but we would definitely come back The mountain drive is also not that bad

From the breathtaking surroundings and the beauty of the property to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly makes this hotel stand out is its people. The level of service is simply outstanding, and every interaction made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would particularly like to thank Rami for his exceptional kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help. His warm and thoughtful approach made our stay even more special. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Salem. After accidentally leaving my phone at the hotel, he took care of the entire situation with remarkable professionalism, kindness and efficiency. He personally arranged for my phone to be sent all the way from Jabal Akhdar to my hotel in Muscat. This went far beyond what one would normally expect, and I was genuinely touched by his dedication and care. These are the kinds of gestures that make a hotel truly exceptional. Anantara is not just a beautiful luxury property; it is a place where hospitality comes from the heart. A huge thank you to Rami, Salem and the entire Anantara team for making this stay so memorable. I left with wonderful memories and the feeling that I had experienced something truly special. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oman. Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar is luxury at its finest, made exceptional by the people who bring it to life.

The hotel was outstanding, with stunning views, gourmet cousins and great hospitality. There was also a variety of activities, through which we were expertly guided through; hiking and climbing were my favorite. A special thanks to Mohammed (Reception), Leila (Hospitality) and Mohammed from Bella Vista restaurant for making our vacation impeccably pleasant.
