Does Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort provide shuttle boat service?
Yes. Our complimentary shuttle boat is a scheduled to welcome you aboard at either the resort or at the BTS station - Saphan Taksin daily starts from 8.00 am - 11.15 pm.
How long does it take to get to Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort from the airports?
Approximately 50 minutes from Suvarnnabhumi International Airport and 40 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport
How far is Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort from the centre of Bangkok?
Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is 5 km from the centre of Bangkok which can be accessible by BTS Skytrain.
Does Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort require a deposit guarantee
A credit card number is required upon booking and the credit card used for booking is required for verification during check-in, or a cash deposit made according to the number of days stayed and number of rooms occupied. This is to secure us for any incidental charge. Upon departure, such deposit is fully refundable to the guest if no incidental charges have been incurred.
In case the hotel guest chooses to use a credit card deposit during check-in, please be informed that on departure, if no incident the credit card pre-authorization amount could take 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the credit card issuing bank and the cut-off date of guest's credit card monthly statement cycle, which is beyond the hotel's control.
Is Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort a smoking-free hotel?
Smoking is only allowed at the balcony of your room or at the designated area around the hotel while smoking inside the room and at public areas such as restaurants are prohibited.
