In a significant step towards restoring the Chao Phraya River, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort has proudly partnered with AXA Thailand General Insurance and the Oceans for All Foundation. This collaboration focuses on protecting water ecosystems and reflects Anantara's commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation.
The resort's role in this initiative is to provide docking facilities and operational support for the innovative, flat-bottomed boat sponsored by AXA Thailand. Crafted from upcycled materials, the vessel is specifically designed for efficient waste collection along the river, a crucial move to improve the health and biodiversity of Bangkok's waterways.
By providing a base for the boat's operations, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is playing an instrumental role in this project. The collaboration between these three organisations represents a unified commitment to sustainable development and a cleaner, healthier future for the Chao Phraya River and the communities that depend on it.

In partnership with Scholars of Sustenance (SOS), Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is proud to announce its collaboration with this impactful food rescue and environmental foundation. Together, we're taking a stand against food waste by donating surplus food from our dining outlets and events.
This initiative is a crucial part of our commitment to sustainability. Every day, our resort provides high-quality meals, and it's our responsibility to ensure that any excess food, which would otherwise be discarded, is instead used to nourish those in need.
SOS collects safe, surplus food and redistributes it to communities facing food insecurity. This partnership allows us to reduce our environmental footprint while directly supporting local communities. By preventing food from going to landfill, we also help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
