Bazaruto Run by Anantara

The first annual Bazaruto Run took place on the exquisite island in June 2019. The purpose of the run was to create an event whereby tourism could be promoted for the area, and most importantly, funds could be raised to purchase much needed items for the local community. A combination of Hospital beds, a computer and medical equipment which, combined with the funds & donations collected, will help in opening the new Bazaruto clinic.

This charity fund raising event is hosted by the Anantara Bazaruto team members who created a joyful & vibey ambiance with a Brunch at our Bazaruto Run village at Maguluti garden with a DJ, Spa tent, Food stalls & bar, and a Curio shop selling local crafts. 

The next Bazaruto Run by Anantara will take place in November, 2020.
