Enhancing your Palm escape

From November 2026, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort will begin a phased renovation programme to refresh selected resort spaces and enhance your future stays. The resort will remain open throughout, inviting you to enjoy our tranquil lagoon pools, private beach and a choice of dining experiences to enjoy during your Palm escape.

Your arrival
As our main lobby takes on a fresh new look, we will welcome you for check-in and check-out at the dedicated reception areas in our two residential buildings, from 2 November 2026 until the main lobby reopens on 1 May 2027. Our team will be ready to greet you and help you settle into your stay.

Pools and leisure
Enjoy a leisurely swim in our lagoon pools or unwind on our private beach as we refresh the main swimming pool and pool deck. The main pool and deck will close temporarily on 9 November 2026 and reopen on 1 April 2027. The fitness centre, tennis court, padel courts and Tuk-Tuk Kids’ Club will also remain open, offering plenty of ways to spend your days.

Dining experiences
Discover a choice of flavours at Bushman’s Restaurant & Bar, Mekong, Revo Café and The Beach House. Our team will be pleased to help you find the perfect setting for each meal during your stay.

During the renovation
Renovation works will take place within designated areas, with screening and adjusted access routes where needed. Working hours will be between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Some construction noise and visual impact may be experienced near these areas. We will carefully manage activities to minimise disturbance and help you enjoy your time with us.
