For two months, DARA Cuisine, the signature restaurant of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, brings the authentic flavours of Southern Thailand to Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna. Led by Chef Hongz and her team, guests are invited to discover the vibrant culinary traditions of Phuket through aromatic herbs, time-honoured techniques, and premium ingredients. From Wagyu beef satay and black cod roasted in banana leaf to beloved Thai classics such as Pad Thai and Tom Kha Pla, every dish celebrates the rich flavours and culinary heritage of Southern Thailand in the heart of Vienna.
