Zoltán has been in the kitchen since he was a child and is passionate about creating and sharing his culinary creations. His cuisine is influenced by his travels and experiences abroad, as well as his Hungarian roots. He is a master of combining flavours, textures and techniques from around the world to create unique dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. As Executive Chef of The White Salon, his aim is to give guests a unique and remarkable experience, one that combines the best of international and Hungarian gastronomy.
