Corporate chef András Wolf is one of the inventors of ‘Essential Hungarian Gastronomy’, bringing traditional Hungarian dishes into the international limelight. He uses authentic, locally sourced ingredients to create exciting four and seven-course fine dining menus, with pairings from an extensive wine list.

Through his priority to conserve and reshape traditional Hungarian dishes, a new concept was born: Essential Hungarian Gastronomy. According to this method, by preserving the most important characteristic of a dish – the taste – but altering the texture, shape, preparation and how it is served, even more, enjoyable creations can be born.
