Q2. What is the validity of the We Travel Together campaign?

You can avail of We Travel Together savings on bookings made from 7 March – 26 April 2023 and stays from 10 March – 30 April 2023. Stays must be completed on or before 30 April 2023.

Q3. How many days in advance must the booking be made?

Bookings must be made through specified channels and may take up to three days to be validated by the government.

Q4. During what times can bookings be made?

Bookings must be made through the specified channels from 6.00 am – 11.00 pm.

Q5. Should I download the Pao Tang app before making the hotel reservation?

Once registration is approved, participants must download the Pao Tang app and complete identity validation in order to process payment via the application and complete the booking process.

Q7. When do I pay and what are my payment options?

Once you receive an SMS to validate your accommodation coupon in the 'Pao Tang' application, you have until 11.59 pm on that day to make your payment via G-Wallet in the 'Pao Tang' application. If payment is not made in time, the booking will be automatically cancelled..

Q8. Can I book accommodation in any province?

You can book accommodation at participating hotels in any province, excluding the province stated on your ID card.

Q9. What can the THB 600 per night eVoucher be spent on and when does it expire?

The THB 600 eVoucher applies to both weekday and weekend stays. The government subsidises 40% of the value of the total bill, but not more than the eVoucher value. The eVoucher can be used at any participating restaurants, tourist attractions, spas, or on OTOP products. The eVoucher will expire at 11.59 pm on your departure date.

Q10. How many rooms/nights can I book?

One person is entitled to book up to five rooms or five room nights and you can book more than one room per night. For example, you can book one room for three nights or three rooms for one night and you will have two remaining room nights.

Q11. When will my eVoucher be available on the Pao Tang app?

The eVoucher will be available on the Pao Tang app at 5.00 pm on a daily basis.

Q12. Can food and tourism coupons be transferred to cash?

No, food and tourism coupons cannot be transferred or used as cash.
