The Anantara is well located, well staffed, with great facilities and has a breakfast that even includes fresh passion fruit among the many standard treats!

Little nitpicky here, but this was an expensive room and these really detracted from the otherwise wonderful things. Cons: There were some small maintenance issues here and there that detract from the luxe. Towel warmer didn’t work, some rough carpet, broken trim on bed, dirty corners in bathroom. Maybe overpriced considering. But overall clean and nice. After hours room service was not a good experience. Pros: The staff was fantastic, from front desk, to concierge, and especially Alex and Ciam (hope that’s right!). Room was spacious and very nice, great bathroom. Decent coffee maker, comfy bed. They even have a pillow menu that really helped be dial in for my bad back. Excellent breakfast, add it, you will not be disappointed. Spa facilities were booked so we unfortunately didn’t get to try that. Pool, sauna, steam room, were nice and appreciated.

I would recommend people to stay away from this hotel, I was advised to park in a car park where my car was broken into a large sum of cash and valuables were stolen. The staff informed me there has been 6/7 cars broken into and 1 car completely stolen in the last few days there. This hotel takes no responsibility on this they have offered no compensation by any means and have not made contact on the matter, in fact they are still advising customers to park there. When i asked why I wasn’t informed about the other cars being broken into I was told if they informed ppl they would drive away customers.
