As part of their ongoing commitment to support the local community, two Anantara properties in Phuket, Anantara Layan and Anantara Mai Khao, work in partnership with Mai Khao Marine Turtle Foundation. Throughout the year funds are raised to safely retrieve sea turtle eggs, and ensure they are carefully incubated in a secured environment to then be safely released from the beaches. Join us at the annual release where Anantara guests are invited to participate in this unforgettable experience by releasing a fledgling turtle to begin their life at sea.
