Summer Moonlight Session
As the twilight skies fall over the stunning Bay of Quy Nhon, elegant moonlight sessions take over with crafted cocktails showcasing flavours from The Highlands to the coastal shores of Quy Nhon in Gia Lai Province. 
This month’s moonlight experience has been designed as a journey through different expressions of Vietnam from sea breeze to coastline to land and heritage by Quốc Việt (Cris), head bartender at Mellow Six in Hanoi. Cris is known for his expert combination of creativity, storytelling and meticulous technical precision in crafting unforgettable cocktail experiences. 
He is the 2026 Champion of Mix Legend, the annual nationwide mixology competition founded to spotlight and nurture Vietnam's most talented drink makers and has just been crowned Champion of the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters 2026, an international bartending competition focusing on the theme of "Unlocking True Flavour through Colour, Aroma & Taste”.
In a joint collaboration with the Annam Group and Mathieu Teisseire, Cris’ cocktail creations will include local spirits complemented by flavours such as coconut, pandan and lime. 
His four mixology masterpieces make the perfect accompaniment to relaxing moonlight evenings by the ocean. 
Elevate the evening further with a curated Chef’s Table cocktail and dining experience where the blend of flavours is perfectly aligned, from delectable local cuisine to expertly harmonised cocktails, a combined sensory taste experience.

Complimentary welcome cocktails with GM from 5:00 pm for in-house guests. Walk-in guests are welcome to enjoy the cocktail experience for VND 390,000 per person.
