Conserving Natural Resources

At Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, we conduct yearly sea turtle conservation projects in collaboration with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and the provincial government on Minor Founder's Day. Recent years have seen Sea Turtles consistently returning to Mui Con beach, Nhon Hai. Through beach clean-ups and marking nesting areas on Nhon Ly beach, we are dedicated to protecting and conserving these precious creatures, reaffirming our commitment to their preservation.

Reducing Pollution

Reducing plastics

Across our resort, we minimize single-use plastics, prioritizing eco-friendly alternatives to reduce environmental impact. We have completed eradicated single-use plastics from our guest amenities.

Energy Saving

Every year, we join Earth Hour by switching off lights in key areas for an hour. Additionally, we are establishing an energy-saving committee for ongoing sustainability efforts.

Water Filling Station

Guests can refill water at resort. This initiative not only encourages sustainability but also fosters water conservation.

Waste Management

We segregate waste into compostable and chemical categories, with plans to increase recycling efforts. Repurposing wood waste for agriculture and landscaping is part of our sustainable waste management strategy.

Environment

Our Organic Garden

In our organic garden, we nurture a variety of herbs, plants and vegetables including eggplant, tomato, mint, basil, mustard leaf, spinach, cucumber and chilies. Our garden-to-table approach lowers our carbon footprint and puts the freshest organic produce on our guests’ plates.

Cage-free Eggs

We exclusively use cage-free eggs in our restaurants.

Community

Dollars for Deeds

Anantara supports local communities and the environment by aiding vulnerable children in Vietnam. We fundraise for the Kianh Foundation, providing special education for disabled children. Guest contributions are matched dollar for dollar, with 90% going to Kianh Foundation and 10% to International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) turtle conservation.

Community Involvement

We are expanding our retail selection to include items crafted by local artisans and individuals with disabilities. By sourcing locally, we support community businesses and promote economic empowerment while offering guests unique and meaningful souvenirs that contribute to sustainable tourism.

We invite guests to immerse in local wellness culture with our Journey of Vietnam spa treatment, featuring traditional Vietnamese massage in a combination of Eastern and Western rituals.
