Energy Conservation

We reduce energy consumption by at least 10% annually, complying with our group requirements. We make energy-saving investments; like installation of Building Management Systems (BMS), for intelligent lighting and energy control, to reduce excessive and unnecessary use of electricity and buying and placing energy-efficient lighting around the resort, turning off all unnecessary lights, as well as computers and other electronic appliances when not being used, and using air conditioners mindfully through Chiller Management System (CMS). Timings of the lightings are adjusted as per the seasonal changes and scheduling the laundry operations as per the hotel occupancy.
