  • The flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out benefit is subject to availability and must be requested and confirmed at time of booking.

  • Premium selected alcoholic beverages are available from a designated list only. Items outside this selection, including vintage wines and premium spirits, will be charged separately. 
  • The package is not applicable for in room service and Mini Bar.
  • Beverages will be served when dining in these outlets during operating hours.
  • Beverages must be consumed exclusively at the designated outlets. They may not be ordered and transferred to any other place in the resort (including rooms/villas or other dining venues).
  • Beverages are for your own consumption and cannot be shared, served one glass at a time. Alcohol is served to guests aged 21 yrs and above.
  • The couple’s spa ritual is valid for one session per stay, for two guests, and must be pre-booked. 
  • Evening tennis and padel access is subject to court availability and must be reserved in advance. Equipment hire may incur additional charges.
  • All outdoor experiences including dune bashing, sandboarding, stargazing, and night discovery walks are weather and terrain dependent. The resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons without liability.
  • Resort credit applies once per stay, per room/suite/villa, and cannot be combined with direct booking credit benefits.
  • Cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation within this period will incur a 100% charge for the full length of stay.

  • Resort credit cannot be used for third-party services including falcon & saluki show, Polaris ride, horse ride and photography services.
