Start with a guided stroll with our Chef through the zero-waste garden and paddy field to self-harvest fresh seasonal produce while learning about their health benefits and indigenous farming methods.
Sip on a hand-picked coconut to refresh yourself. Select sustainably caught fish for the main course as our fisherman arrives by boat through the mangrove creek. The chef will then prepare a wholesome farm-to-table meal in the outdoor kitchen.
Savour the mouth-watering four-course meal served atop a rustic treehouse paired with organic wine against a paddy field backdrop.
