With more than 19 years of professional pastry making experience and a background in several notable patisseries in France and Germany, Soufiane is responsible for all pastry and dessert creations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation across our menus. Before relocating to Ras Al Khaimah, Soufiane supervised operations across three Minor resorts in the Maldives, inventing the dessert menus for all their restaurants - in addition to an impressive array of special event and banquet menus. He began his culinary career in luxury hotel brands Kenzi Hotels & Sofitel Hotels and Resorts in his home country of Morocco, after receiving his diploma in professional culinary arts in France.
