I would love to give a special shout-out to Nofa and Waihlian for their amazing service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. When I wanted to order Thai tea as a drink, I found out it wasn't available on the drinks menu. But to my surprise and delight, they kindly offered me a small bowl of Thai tea ice cream instead. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture! It might seem like a small thing, but it truly made my evening. I really enjoyed my dinner at Mekong. The food was delicious, and I was especially surprised by how sweet and tasty the mango was. It was directly from Thailand, and honestly, it was the best! Thank you, Nofa and Waihlian, for making our dinner memorable. I had a wonderful experience at Mekong, and I'll definitely be coming back again! ❤️

Where do I even begin with writing this review? Honestly, words almost don't do justice to the experience we have just had. In a few words, this is one of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed at. Having travelled extensively and experienced many five-star resorts around the world, I can genuinely say that very few, if any, compare to this one. The level of luxury, attention to detail, exceptional hospitality and, above all, the people who work here have made this stay truly unforgettable. We were a party of nine, staying for nine nights, with all of us being vegetarian and one guest requiring gluten-free food. Catering for a group with specific dietary requirements can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made the entire experience feel effortless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. **THE STAFF – THE TRUE HEART AND SOUL OF THIS HOTEL** Let's start with Naveet. What an absolute gentleman\! From day one, he personally made sure that every single one of us was looked after. He took the time to understand our requirements, personally attended to every request and ensured that everything was taken care of. His attention to detail, warmth, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond were simply outstanding. Throughout our nine-night stay, he never once fell short. People like Naveet are what make a hotel exceptional, and he deserves enormous recognition for the care he showed our entire group. Karim deserves a very special mention too. Every single day, without us even having to ask, he would prepare our welcome drinks. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, but it perfectly sums up the level of service here. He remembered us, anticipated our needs and always greeted us with such warmth. His service throughout our stay was exceptional. Always attentive, welcoming and efficient, he made sure we were comfortable and well looked after at every meal. Your professionalism, patience and attention to our safety made the experience even more enjoyable. We always felt we were in good hands. Your attentiveness, friendly service and willingness to make sure we always had everything we needed did not go unnoticed. Eimran – Adult Pool:A huge thank you for taking such good care of us at the adult pool. Your service was fantastic, and you always made sure we were comfortable, relaxed and well looked after. You helped make our poolside days even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the most amazing person from house keeping (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name now) he would come and visit everyday to help with our clothes, take care of each and every need. **THE FOOD, THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE LITTLE DETAILS** One of our biggest considerations as a group was the food, given that all nine of us are vegetarian and one member of our party is gluten-free. The care and consideration shown towards our dietary requirements were greatly appreciated. It is not simply about having options on a menu; it is about feeling understood, accommodated and never made to feel like an inconvenience. The team really delivered on this. Everywhere we went, we encountered the same level of genuine hospitality. From the restaurants to the beach, from the poolside to the buggy service, there was a consistent commitment to making sure guests were happy. What really separates this resort from so many other five-star properties is that the service never feels forced or scripted. It comes across as genuine. The staff remember you, recognise your preferences, anticipate your needs and make you feel special. *MY FINAL THOUGHTS* We arrived as a group of nine guests, but we left feeling as though we had made some wonderful connections and friendships. A beautiful resort, stunning surroundings and luxurious facilities are wonderful, but it is the people who ultimately make a hotel unforgettable. This team has done exactly that. Management should be incredibly proud of every single member of staff mentioned above. Please ensure that each of these individuals receives the recognition they deserve. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, and their dedication, kindness and professionalism should never be taken for granted. Having stayed at so many five-star resorts around the world, I can honestly say that this experience has raised the bar for us.
