Executive Chef - Prabhash Prabhakaran

With over two decades’ experience spanning the UAE, Thailand, Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Chef Prabhash Prabhakaran has recently been named by Hotelier Middle East among the 50 most talented chefs working in Middle East hotels. He joined Anantara Hotels & Resorts in 2013, managing various resort kitchens including Anantara Kihavah Maldives, famed for its unique culinary concepts. At Anantara Mina Al Arab, he has led the creation of the six dining venues at the resort, including Mekong and The Beach House, Anantara’s signature offerings, emphasising the use of sustainable and locally sourced ingredients. From the introduction of tasty wellness breakfast buffet items to developing the afternoon tea experience, Chef Prabhash is continuously developing culinary experiences in each restaurant.
