• Your Villa Host will contact you 3 to 5 days before you arrive, to get to know your preferences.
• They’ll welcome you upon arrival at the airport or the hotel (depending on your arrangements), and personally check you in at the lobby or in your villa.
• They’re on hand throughout your stay to help with anything you need, from spa and restaurant bookings, to dietary preferences, or to organise surprises for special occasions.
• Finally, they’ll take you through a personalised check-out at the lobby or in your villa.
