At our resort, pets are more than welcome; they are catered to as part of the family, with dedicated pool villas in which they can safely play and roam free.
To ensure a relaxing stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines during your visit.

Pet Policy – Please Review Before Booking:
- Pets are only allowed in the Pet Friendly One Bedroom Pool Villa, and under no circumstances in public areas. Pets brought to the villa must be on a leash / in a holder.
- Advance reservation is required, along with the following information: pet name, type (dog or cat only), gender, weight (under 35 kg only).
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per villa.
- The hotel does not allow pregnant or in-heat pets.
- At check-in, proof of vaccines (more than 15 days) and rabies immunisation (less than 365 days) is required.
- If you are unable to provide relevant information, or if your pet affects other guests, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
