Imagine this: As the sun sets, guests gather in the serene Frangipani Courtyard. The night begins with a captivating Bokator performance, showcasing the ancient martial art of Khmer warriors. As twilight deepens, the highlight of the evening unfolds — a shadow puppet show in three acts. These puppets, intricately crafted from painted cowhide and wood, bring centuries-old traditions to life.

Part of our Designer Dining by Anantara experience, the culinary journey is just as enchanting. Local delicacies like Kep crab cakes, Mekong langoustine soup, lamb shank Saraman curry, and baked Alaska layered with local mango explode with flavour. Each course is thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines, enhancing the experience.
