From there, visit a local coconut farm to learn the art of crafting fresh coconut milk by hand – an essential ingredient you will later use. Back at the resort, our chef guides you in an intimate Spice Spoons cooking class. Prepare three southern-inspired dishes using 25 carefully selected ingredients, in honour of Anantara’s 25th anniversary.
