Celebrate Anantara’s 25th anniversary with an Island Immersion Programme that reveals the authentic rhythms of Koh Phangan from sunrise to lunch.
Begin your day at dawn with a traditional sangkatan offering to monks, followed by a peaceful meditation session at nearby Wat Thong Nai Pan Yai. Continue to a local coconut farm to learn the art of crafting fresh coconut milk by hand, before returning to the resort.
The journey culminates with an intimate Spice Spoons cooking class, where you will prepare three southern-inspired dishes using 25 thoughtfully selected ingredients in honour of Anantara’s 25th anniversary. Set in a beach hut overlooking Thong Nai Pan Noi, you will end the day by savouring your creations beside the sea.
