Terms And Conditions
  • Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Private Cinema Proposal usage is available until 8:00 pm only.
  • The package includes the agreed proposal setup and usage within the reserved cinema period.
  • Third-party decorators and external suppliers are subject to an additional venue fee of AED 2,000, payable in addition to the package price. Prior approval from the resort is required.
  • All decorations, props and installations must be approved by the resort in advance.
  • Open flames, candles, glitter, confetti, smoke effects, adhesives, nails, screws and any items that may stain or damage the cinema or its furnishings are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
  • Decorations must not obstruct screens, exits, walkways or cinema equipment.
  • All approved decorations and items must be removed at the agreed time, and the venue must be returned to its original condition.
  • The guest is responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guests or third-party suppliers. Repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs may apply.
  • The resort reserves the right to decline or cancel arrangements that do not comply with its policies, safety requirements or operational needs.
  • All arrangements, including submitted photographs and videos, must be confirmed with the resort in advance.
  • The optional Private Cinema Dinner & Movie Experience is available at an additional charge of AED 5,000 and includes private cinema access from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, a private dinner and a full screening of the guest's chosen movie.
