Take an early morning visit to the bustling local market and follow the Chef through the winding stalls to seek out the freshest ingredients for your cooking lesson. Get to grips with some of the more local produce including fish, herbs and vegetables. 

Return to the resort with a full shopping basket and channel your inner MasterChef as you learn some of the tips and tricks to creating Vietnamese cuisine under the guidance of the Chef. Enjoy the fruits of your labour and take home new culinary skills and recipes to try out with friends and family.
