World Gourmet Festival 2025
Honouring 25 years of culinary excellence and star power

22 – 28 September 2025 at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

Now in its 25th year, the World Gourmet Festival returns to Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel from 22 – 28 September 2025 with more flavour, flair and fire than ever before. A celebration of global gastronomy and storytelling on a plate, this milestone edition gathers some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, including names from the prestigious World’s 50 Best. Collectively, the current line-up holds seven Michelin stars, includes three restaurants on The World’s 50 Best, two on Asia’s 50 Best, and features both Asia’s and the World’s Best Pastry Chefs.

For one unforgettable week, the heart of Bangkok transforms into a stage where culinary artistry unfolds. Think exclusive chef’s tables, intimate masterclasses, rare wine pairings and indulgent after-dark tastings. This year brings a richer, more immersive programme than ever before that builds on the success of 2024 with bolder menus, broader diversity and deeper storytelling from some of the world’s most compelling chefs.

The World Gourmet Festival isn’t just about dining – it’s about discovery. Throughout the week, guests are invited to embark on immersive journeys that go far beyond the plate. Whether it’s sitting down at a chef’s table with a culinary master, sipping wine hand-picked to accompany rare ingredients, or learning the art of pastry from one of Asia’s best, each moment is designed to stir the senses and spark connection.

Expect afternoon teas reimagined as edible art installations, masterclasses rich in cultural technique, and late-night pop-ups that capture the spirit of celebration. With events priced from THB 1,800 to THB 18,500, there’s an experience for everyone to savour.
