We stayed with a large group at the beginning of October (1st til 3rd) and were overwhelmed with the service and friendliness of the staff that we received. Everyone was so friendly and eager to assist us. The food was great and plenty of it too. The young man in the bar was really lovely and charming…..he was learning the ropes and was doing really well. At the pool side, staff again looked after us so well, providing plenty of clean towels and even sun tan lotion which really impressed me. Sampath, Dulan and Kavindu were the young men working at the pool and looked after us very well and were also friendly and welcoming. As we left, we received a blessing which brought me to tears. We really appreciated that. Thank you to everyone who looked after us . This hotel comes highly recommended.

It is a beautiful hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the pool staff, Ravindu, Dylan and Chathuro who went out of their way to help guests by the poolside. The only real problem came when ordering food and not delivering what was ordered or not delivering acceptable quality. This is not what you expect in a hotel of this class.
