Every Thursday night, the braai is fired up, as we serve up barbecue under the stars. As sun sets, the delicious smell of grilling meat wafts through the air, beckoning. Dine out in the wild on boerewors and venison, served with pap from South Africa. The calls of wild animals such as cheetah and Barbary sheep can be heard in the distance, and some inquisitive visitors might even appear from the savannah.
