- Rate noted above is based on recent currency exchange data. The rate indicated on your confirmation is in the official hotel currency and will be charged at that rate upon check-out.
- Early check in and late check out is based on availability.
- Upgrades are based on availability upon check-in.
- Resort credit only applies per room, suites or villas once per stay and not combinable with direct booking credit benefits.
- Resort credit does not apply to Ko by 99 Sushi pop-up restaurant every last weekend of the month.
- A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Spa treatments and activities are subject to advance reservations.
- Resort credit cannot be utilised on third party services (falcon and saluki show, polaris ride, horse ride, photography services)
