Born, raised and trained in Thailand, Chef Arawuth aka “Ple” has a profound passion for the recipes of his motherland with the signature balance of sweet, salty, spicy, sour and savoury flavours. As Chef de Cuisine at Anantara Riverside, Khun Ple oversees the operations of numerous dining outlets and the quality of local ingredients shines through in irresistible classic Thai dishes.
