- Prices are subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax.
- A maximum of two (2) cats or dogs are allowed in each Guest rooms.
- Applicable for Sala Pool Villa and Beachfront Layan Pool Villa
- Dog & cat’s vaccinations must be up to date with the minimum requirements.
- Pet should not be aggressive and be well socialized with other animals as well as people. The hotel shall reserve the right to ask owners to remove their pet from the public areas / Guest rooms in case of unruly behavior.
- Pre-arrival Pampered Pet Resort Info to be shared with guests for acknowledgement
- Pet supplement of THB 1,500+++ per pet per night to be informed to guest. No additional cleaning fee.
- The above fee does not include additional charges for any damages or extra cleaning of soiled linens, flooring or furniture.
- Dogs are not allowed at any of the hotel’s bars, lounges, restaurants, shared pools, fitness centre, active zones, kid’s club, spa or meeting rooms.
- The designated dog walking area will be indicated upon check-in.
- Dogs must be under owner’s care at all times and never left unattended in hotel areas or in the room.
