- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Benefits can only be redeemed at Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur.
- The membership card must be presented along with a valid government-issued photo ID during redemption.
- Dining and spa services require advance reservation and are subject to availability.
- Room discounts and complimentary stays apply only to direct bookings via the hotel website or membership support line.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other hotel promotions, festival menus, event pricing, corporate packages, Christmas or New Year’s Eve Gala offers, or any other membership programs.
- Blackout dates apply during peak and festive periods including Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and other high-demand festival dates.
- Hotel credits, spa credits, and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost or damaged cards or vouchers will require identity proof and may incur a replacement fee.
- Unused vouchers expire on the membership end date and cannot be rolled over.
- Any fraud, sharing of card, or misuse of benefits will lead to immediate membership termination without refund.
