Deep in the heart of the Motovun Forest, this intimate, small-group adventure invites you to uncover the secrets of Istria’s most valuable treasure. Guided by expert hunters and their skilled dogs, you will journey through wild scenery to experience the thrill of the hunt firsthand.

The Hunt: A guided excursion into the forest from the village of Paladini to find wild truffles.
The Meal: A full three-course menu featuring a generous serving of local truffles, accompanied by breakfast and lunch.
The Drinks: Refreshments including bottled water, artisanal red and white wines, and traditional truffle liquors.
Group Size: An exclusive experience limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
