Set your intention for the day. Move into a relaxing breathwork and slow-flow yoga session, with soothing sound healing music in the background. Refuel with a healthy wellness breakfast afterwards.
Opt for the full-day session to join a guided Creative Expression Workshop. In the afternoon, unwind by the pool or soak up the sun on the beach.

The above rate is applicable for external guests. A special rate of AED 500 per person applies to in-house guests who would like to join the full experience.
