Set against the serene coastal backdrop of Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi, this limited-time culinary residency promises an intimate dining experience for discerning gourmands.
Currently Executive Chef of the award-winning Spondi in Athens, Chef Arnaud earned two Michelin stars at just 32 years old, becoming one of the youngest chefs to achieve this prestigious distinction. Trained under culinary legends such as Alain Ducasse and Éric Frechon, he was also recognised among Le Chef magazine’s 100 Best Chefs in the World.
