General Membership Terms
- The membership program is available to outside guests and selected local residents, subject to Spa Management approval.
- Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered member.
- A valid identification card or passport may be required upon registration or when redeeming membership benefits.
- Membership validity commences from the activation date and remains effective for the duration of the selected package.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
- Advance reservations are required for all treatments, wellness activities, and facility access.
- Reservations are highly recommended at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least six (6) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the applicable session or credit.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration without adjustment to membership credits or benefits.
Membership Credits & Benefits
- Membership credits and benefits are valid only during the active membership period.
- Any unused credits or benefits will automatically expire at 11:59 PM on the membership expiry date.
- Membership credits, benefits, discounts, and unused balances hold no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or services outside the scope of the program.
- Unused credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be carried forward to a subsequent membership period.
- Selected benefits, including healing sessions, workshops, visiting practitioner experiences, and special events, are subject to scheduling and availability.
- Membership benefits are intended solely for the personal use of the member unless otherwise specified in the package inclusions.
Spa & Wellness Facility Usage
- Access to wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas, is subject to the resort’s operating hours.
- Members are expected to maintain appropriate conduct, personal hygiene, and a peaceful environment within all wellness facilities.
- The resort reserves the right to deny access to any member whose behavior may compromise the comfort, safety, or well-being of other guests.
- Children may be restricted from certain wellness areas unless otherwise permitted under the resort’s policies.
Health & Medical Conditions
- Members are required to inform the Spa team of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to participating in any treatment or wellness activity.
- For safety reasons, therapists and Spa Management reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatments where appropriate.
- The resort shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or health concerns.
Discounts & Promotional Benefits
- Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions, vouchers, packages, or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Discounts apply only to selected services and outlets as specified in the membership package.
- Unless otherwise stated, discounts do not apply to retail products, alcoholic beverages, seasonal promotions, or special events.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required prior to membership activation.
- Any disputed, declined, or reversed payment transaction may result in the temporary suspension of membership benefits until the matter has been resolved.
- All membership purchases are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In exceptional circumstances involving serious medical conditions, and upon submission of an official medical certificate, Spa Management may consider granting a temporary suspension of
membership. - The resort reserves the right to revise membership pricing and package inclusions for future purchases without prior notice.
Membership Renewal
- Members may renew their membership prior to the expiry date to enjoy applicable renewal privileges or loyalty benefits.
- Expired memberships will automatically become inactive, and any unused credits or benefits will be forfeited.
Resort Policy
- Members are required to comply with all resort regulations, wellness etiquette, and operational policies.
- The resort reserves the right to amend membership benefits, operating hours, activity schedules, therapist availability, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- To maintain service quality and guest comfort, the resort may limit the number of active memberships available at any time.
Force Majeure
- The resort shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or modification of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, public health emergencies, operational disruptions, or any other unforeseen events.
