For two nights only, Mekong brings the spirit of Bangkok’s acclaimed Chim by Siam Wisdom to Ras Al Khaimah in a culinary collaboration that celebrates the depth and discipline of Thai cuisine.
Chim by Siam Wisdom has held a Michelin star for eight consecutive years and is known for its thoughtful and precise approach to traditional Thai cooking. Leading the kitchen is guest chef Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan, whose focus on balance, technique and authenticity has made him one of Thailand’s most respected culinary figures.
The tasting menu reflects the philosophy and flavour profile of Chef Noom’s Bangkok kitchen, brought to life within the award-winning setting of Mekong.
The Experience
Across five courses, the menu explores classic Thai flavours through a lens of precision and restraint. Expect layered broths, refined textures and a focus on clarity of ingredients. Each dish reflects a deep connection to culinary heritage, interpreted through careful craft.
An optional wine pairing is available at AED 200, featuring four glasses selected to complement the structure and character of the menu.
