We stayed in a pool pavillion and the villa was amazing. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Staff and service at the hotel was always excellent. Couldn't think of a negative.

It's my third vacation in this fabulous hotel with my sweetheart. I'm on seventh heaven in this place, because of the people who work there. I would like to say lots of thanks to Por, who assist all my leisure time, everyday he helps me, makes my vacation more relax and calm. He solved all my problems, one day I figured out that I can't find my headphones, so I sent the message to Por and he said: " No problem, I'll find it" And he made really difficult operation to deliver my headphones fron the airport. It was so amazing, without a doubt he saved me, because I can't imagine my workout in the gym without headphones. Thank you so much. You're my hero!!!! I also would like to say thank you to perfect Ksenia work, she is russian speaker assistant, she always smile and she made my day like in a home. I loved to speak with her, she is very reliable, smart, outgoing person, she'is the brilliant of your hotel. If it possible I wish the high managers saw my honest feedback about this two incredibly professionals like Pro and Ksenia. They are people who makes me really happy, next year I certainly come back to Anantara Mai Khao, and I'd like to meet them again. Your appreciation of thier work encourage me greatly.
