Exceptional Hospitality in a Perfect Location
The hotel has been newly renovated and is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to Erawan Shrine and about 8–10 minutes to CentralWorld. Beyond the great location, what impressed me most was the warm and personalized service provided by the hotel staff, especially the Kasara Lounge team. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. This is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at, with excellent service throughout. I will definitely be back again!
GENUINE SMILES IN A TRANQUIL THAI OASIS
Since 1980 we have travelled across Europe and the UK, North America,Asia, and Australasia. We truly believe that the Anantara Siam stands at the top rank of all the establishments we have stayed in. There are many genuine examples architecture and design to remind us that we are in a Thai environment. Room attendants and service staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Their smiles are genuine, not coached. Jason the Restaurant manager was likewise happy to chat, whilst ever keeping his eye on guests often unexpressed needs. Joris at reception is a testament to fine service and is the master of little touches, like a souvenir photo or unexpected anniversary cake. Jam, the concierge could command the desk at any fine hotel anywhere with humour and smooth efficiency. The convenient location of the Skytrain doesn’t intrude on tropical ambience of the hotel’s setting. Yes the building is attractive, the food enticing and generous ( two courses in Madison’s magically became four ) but as in any memorable experience if it ever the people who make the difference.
Should be better
The renovation was still ongoing even though they advised it was complete. We could smell fresh paint in our room & it also smelled damp. There was noise heard from inside the room from the live music bar downstairs.
