- Little Bedouins activities are for children aged 4 to 12 years, supervised by qualified resort staff. The resort reserves the right to limit participation based on age, health, or safety.
- The Ezba Family Tour and all family and adult experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, and minimum participant requirements, and must be pre-booked in advance.
- Clay shooting and e-fat biking are subject to minimum age and fitness requirements. Participation waivers may be required.
- Resort credit applies once per stay, per room/suite/villa, and cannot be combined with direct booking credit benefits.
- Cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation within this period will incur a 100% charge for the full length of stay.
