Excellent elephant experience
We loved being greeted by two elephants and the walk we took the next day was magical. The breakfast buffet is extensive and they easily dealt with my dietary restrictions.
Perfect hotel-- and elephants too
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everything was perfect. Naeng, Pom and the rest of her colleagues (including the young woman from Portugal whose name escapes me) were extremely helpful in planning days, and had a beautiful room (upgraded, though I'm only anatara platinum). The spa treatment was amazing, the elephants were even more amazing, and Samorn and her colleagues serve food that's healthy and delicious. I can't wait to come back.
