从阿布扎比或迪拜沿着E11高速公路直接朝Tarif和Mirfa方向行驶。 途经Tarif、Mirfa、Baynoona和Al Ruwais,在带有萨巴尼亚岛标记的113号出口处下高速,然后在环形交叉路口处走萨巴尼亚岛出口。 在下一个环形交叉路口处,从第二个出口下高速。 沿着道路行驶至第三个环形交叉路口,从前往萨巴尼亚岛和杰贝勒德哈那(Jebel Dhanna)码头的出口下高速。 在第四个环形交叉路口处,从第一个带萨巴尼亚岛标记的出口下高速。
